Returns & Refunds

- We accept unworn and unwashed returns 30 days after purchase
- Final sale or sale items can't be returned

- Shipping fee is nonrefundable

- Once you return is received, please allow 1-2 days for our warehouse to process your return
- Once processed, allow 5-10 days for your refund to return to your original payment method

Unfortunately, we do not offer return labels at this time. However, this is something we are actively working on.

Yes of course! We want to be sure you love your clothes! If it's not right for you, it's perfectly reasonable to want to return them.

If the size or color are not quite right, or what you expected, please reach out and our customer service team can help find the right size or product for you!

  • Certain sale items can only be returned for an exchange.
  • Final sale items are not returnable.

Items that do not meet the criteria outlined in our return policy. 
- Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, dander, deodorant, or similar product stains.
- Items returned without appropriate packaging to keep them safe in transit back to us.

Yes, as long as all orders are approved and within the return period.

Yes, as long as the order falls within our return policy.

Once your return is received, our team needs 1-2 business days to inspect and check in the items. 

After the return is accepted, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to return to your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Refunds will appear on your credit card statement under the merchant name Excalibur/AW Chang Corporation.

If you don't see a refund from us within two weeks, please reach out via our contact form for assistance.

- We only allow 1 exchange per order
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.
- Once your return is accepted, we will begin processing your exchange. After the exchange order has shipped, we'll reach out with the new tracking details.

If you need the exchange right away, we recommend placing a new order and returning your unwanted item(s) instead.
Shipping

We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. Orders over $75 receive free ground shipping. 

Three Day, Two Day and Next Day orders must be submitted by 10:00 AM PST/1:00 PM EST to process same day.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. purchases of $75 and over (excluding taxes).

Orders below the free shipping minimum are charged a flat fee of $10 for ground shipping.

We currently only ship within the United States.

We happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses via SurePost. Please note shipping times may be longer depending on the delivery location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment email with your tracking number. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update through our carrier's portal.


If you have an account and were logged in when placing your order, you can also track your order in the "My Account" tab.

Once you place an order, it takes 1-3 business days for processing. Our processing center is based in sunny Los Angeles, so delivery will usually be between 3-7 business days.

Be sure to check the area around your home, and with your neighbors or doorman.

If you haven't found your package, please reach out to our customer support team via the contact form! Also, let us know if you'd prefer a refund or replacement.

A package could be returned to sender for a number of reasons; such as damage in transit or an address issue. The tracking history can provide more details on what happened to the package while in transit. 

If you notice your order is being returned to sender before it reaches our warehouse, please reach out to our customer service team with your order number.

These orders eventually make their way back to our warehouse, at which point we'll reach out to you to get next steps. Possible solutions:

  • We will ship a replacement order out at no extra cost to you. If an item is no longer available, we'll provide a refund for that item.
  • We will provide a full refund for the order, including shipping.

  • Ensure your browser is up to date.
  • Sign in to your account, or log out and back in, to place the order.
  • Clear the cache/cookies on your browser.
  • Use an Incognito window on your browser.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders via email or over the phone.

We accept all major credit cards.

This depends on the shipping address entered at checkout.

There is a limited window where we can make changes to your order, please reach out to our customer support team via our contact form to help update your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot add products to your order after it is placed.

However, we can cancel the order, so you can place a new one that includes all the items you wish to purchase. Please reach out via our contact form to us as soon as possible to accommodate a cancellation.

Please note, orders take between 1-3 business days to process depending on order volume. Once shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent out with tracking details.

Unfortunately, we cannot merge two separate orders at this time.

Within one hour of placing your order, we can cancel it for you. Please reach out via our contact form as soon as possible to accommodate this request.

As long as you entered a valid email address during checkout, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This will contain your order number (starting with BB) and a summary of your order. Be sure to check the spam/junk folder in your email account.


If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase, please reach out to us via our contact form. We'll resend the confirmation email to the correct email address as soon as possible.

Your order number appears in your order confirmation email. It will be 9 digits, starting with ML. 

Sorry about that! If we are unable to fill your order we will be notify you via email, with a few options.

If you prefer a refund, it will be issued the same day the item is canceled and usually reflects on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We're so sorry to hear an item is missing from your order. Before contacting us, please double check your order confirmation and packing list, to see if everything is there.

If something is indeed missing, please reach out with the following:

  1. Your order number (starts with ML)
  2. A photo of the box you received

Possible solutions:

  • If the original item you purchased is in stock, we'll work to send you the correct item.
  • If the item is not available, we'll refund the missing item.

Sorry to hear you received a defective product! Please reach out with the below info, so we can help resolve this as soon as possible.

  1. Order Number (starts with ML)
  2. Style number of the defective item
  3. Images of the defect on the product

Once we receive this information, we'll be able to review the case and provide available solutions.

In the event that you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to us as soon as possible with the below information:

  1. Confirm the state the package was received.
  2. Attach some photos of the incorrect product received, including a close up on the tags with the style information.

Possible solutions:

  • If the original item you purchased is in stock, we'll work to send you the correct item.
  • If the item is not available, we will create a return request for you to send the incorrect item back. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we'll send out a refund email with your refund details.

Of course, we provide a return label and will ship the correct item at no extra cost.

Care Instructions
Machine wash warm, with similar colors, only non-chlorine bleach if needed, tumble dry low, warm iron if needed. 

These items are dry clean only.

If you use a dry cleaner or wash & folder service: You can get the shirts laundered (water-based), but you should request that they do not press it hard because it will lose the soft-hand that makes it special.

If your shirt gets stained, try the below hand washing method:

1. For fresh stains, remove as much excess liquid as possible.
2. Apply soap/detergent (non-bleach only), let it sit and soak in for a couple minutes.
3. Scrub the area with the stain. For deep stains, you can use a soft toothbrush to push the soap into the fibers.
4. Rinse the shirt in warm or hot water.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 once or twice.
6. Put the shirt in the washer on the delicate cycle and hang dry.

Yes, it is recommended to wash your items before the first wear.

Products & Sizing

Unfortunately, we cannot take pre-orders at this time.

Our shirts come with spare buttons sewn into the inside of the shirt.

Unfortunately, we do not sell extra buttons or hardware for our clothes at this time.
